The water isnt bad, about the same as the outer banks right now, if not a little warmer. the air temp makes all the difference though, this day was about 60 degrees and sunny, perfect weather.
This is Sardinero beach, the closest one to me. It was the middle of the day, i think the photo just makes it look dark.
