Still in Garner

I decided it would be a good idea to set up this blog before I actually get into Spain. I also don't have much to do on my extended winter break. I will be leaving for Spain on February 6th, 2009 and I will be there until May 6th. The city I will be living in is Santander. It's located on the north coast of Spain, on the Atlantic Ocean. Here's a picture of the city from the air, it looks and sounds like a great place.



Being right on the Atlantic coast, I'm hoping to catch some good surf in the city and at some of Spain's more famous surf breaks.
